Electronic voting makes it easy
The participation of our members in the governance of our community is vital to the continued success of AIP.
Our governing documents require a quorum of 30 percent of all households for our Annual Meeting, held each year on the first Saturday in February. Similarly, 30 percent of all households must cast a ballot in order to have a valid election for the Board of Directors, held on the third Friday in November.
AIPCA is pleased to offer our members the convenience of returning proxies and casting ballots online using a company called ONR at onrapp.com as our provider. Once your household is registered with ONR (our electronic voting provider), your household can conveniently vote online from anywhere, via computer or mobile device.
To sign up for this service, the household must
- have an e-mail address on file with AIPCA; and
- complete and sign an E-Voting Consent Form.
Once the completed consent form is received and verified, you will receive a welcome email from ONR. Use the link in the email to create a password for onrapp.com, which is an outside website separate from aipca.net.
ONR also has a free app available for Apple and Android devices.
Paper materials
Any household that does not have a signed E-Voting Consent Form on file with AIPCA will be mailed paper materials. Households may opt in to electronic voting at any time by contacting AIPCA.
