The Pulse of the Community
The bright and airy Oaks Community Center serves as the community hub and living room for all residential property owners of Amelia Island Plantation.
Key features of first floor of The Oaks, which opened in February 2020, include the Sunset Room, an event room with gorgeous golf course views and a well-equipped catering kitchen that is perfect for intimate private parties; an expansive Community Room ideal for clubs and groups; and an inviting and comfy community living room, with a gas fireplace and TVs, where residents drop in anytime to connect with neighbors.
The second floor of The Oaks was opened in February 2025 offering more amenities available exclusively to residential property owners. The Conference Room can accommodate meetings for up to 23 people and as well as remote attendees. Small-group fitness classes are offered for a fee in the Wellness Room, which is also available for use by wellness-focused community clubs. The beautifully appointed library is a tranquil place to find and enjoy a good book. The Canopy Commons is the go-to place for social gatherings and breathtaking views of the surrounding live oak trees.
Outdoors, The Oaks’ covered porch and spacious patio are perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or watching the sunset over the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway.
The Oaks is designed to be used for AIPCA business and events, casual use by community members, Community Clubs/Groups (including sub-association meetings), and may be rented for private use by community members to host their personal celebrations.
