The peace of mind that residents and guests enjoy at AIP includes 10 controlled access gates, including a main entrance that is manned 24/7. As a resident, coming and going is easy with an RFID tag attached to your windshield. You can also use AIPCA’s online access management system to pre-authorize entry into AIP for family, guests and contractors.
At Your Service
Maybe you’re on vacation and you need someone to check the garage door, or perhaps Fluffy slipped off the leash and you would like help finding him. AIPCA Security & Public Safety is there when you need them with complimentary concierge services that go above and beyond, including battery jumps, burglar and pendant alarms, lost pet help, house and wellness checks, and wildlife removal.
The community also has an excellent working relationship with local first responders including the Sheriff’s Office, Fire Rescue and Emergency Management.
