A Neighborly Way to Live
With its relaxed ambiance, outdoor lifestyle, and community gathering spots and events, AIP makes it easy for neighbors to become friends.
Every time you pass another nature lover or birdwatcher on the scenic trails, wave from your kayak to theirs during a sunset paddle or discover a new pickleball partner at Drummond Park, you’ll appreciate the life you’ve made for yourself.
The myriad amenities built into our residents’ day-to-day lifestyle also include fun community happenings that add a little extra flavor, enrichment or seasonal spirit to this place we call home.

Community Clubs
Joining a community club is a great way to learn a new pastime and make new friends. AIPCA hosts a variety of clubs at The Oaks that welcome new community members to join them for fun and socializing.
Live Music
AIPCA monthly hosts live music at The Oaks — no reservations or cover charges needed! There also are large outdoor concerts held annually on property.
Holiday Cart Parades
Golf carts are more than the ideal transportation around AIP. They’re a great way to show community spirit! Residents of all generations love to get creative and deck out their cart for Independence Day and Halloween and join their neighbors for a colorful spin around the community.
Fall Festival
Held the second Saturday in November, Amelia Island Plantation’s Fall Festival is a celebration of the season and our community, with live music, food, games and activities for the whole family. See you at Drummond Point Park!
